The Centre for Alternative Technology (CAT) is a world-renowned eco centre nestled in the foothills of the South Snowdonia National Park and within the UNESCO Dyfi Biosphere.
CAT offers accommodation to suit any group, all with a stunning backdrop of the surrounding wooded valley and hills.

CAT buildings have been carefully designed with consideration to eco methods and materials, energy consumption is carefully minimised and on-site renewable energy installations feed into the grid.

CAT's Eco Cabins offer a fantastic choice for smaller school groups with each cabin sleeping up to 16 children plus 2 single rooms for teachers/leaders. They have communal lounge areas and kitchens.
